From his quirky attitude to down-right funny jokes .. Charley has always put asmile on so many people's faces. Always checking up on his family .. his friends.. even the vast amount of women that wanted to be with him :o)

Loveable, witty, charming and distinguished are some traits to describe hischaracter. An honor to know him .. to hear him talk (he sent voice mailssometimes!) .. to hear him laugh .. to converse with him by chat or voice .. hewas always kind and caring.

Our deepest sympathies to the Smith family and all of his friends .. both in real lifeand online. He will be sorely missed by so very many.
